We do not have dedicated car parking. Parking on the quayside is free, without restriction and is safe. Please be considerate in your parking to ensure efficient use of space. Please leave enough room for others to get in and out. If you are unable to park on the quay free parking is available elsewhere close-by.

Arrival, Checking Out and Departure.

Rooms are available for check-in after 3:00pm on the day of your arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made for early check in. We respectfully request that guests check out and vacate their rooms before 11am on the morning of their departure. We are happy to assist with the storage of luggage should your travel plans require a later departure, but please let us know when you will be collecting them so we can ensure someone is available to return them to you. If you are leaving early or arriving late, please avoid excessive noise in consideration of our neighbours and other guests.


We accept cash but no cheques. We accept all major credit card and debit cards except Amex. We will accept payment by invoice by prior arrangement.

Credit or Debit card details are required and taken over the phone to secure any booking irrespective of final method of payment.


Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any special diet requirements or any allergies.

Wireless Internet Access.

Wi-Fi internet is available in all of our rooms at no extra charge. To connect all you need is to locate one of the 3 Pen Cei accounts and use the password located in the guest information pack in your room.

Cancellation policy

We require 48 hrs notice on cancellations but don't charge if we can re-let the room.

Rooms are available to check in from 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am


What you can expect from us.

We have an online booking system for your convenience so that you can check availability and book quickly. However, if you do not see what you are looking for or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01545571147 or e-mail [email protected] . You will be emailed a copy of your booking details automatically. This is not confirmation of your booking  - you will receive formal confirmation once you have provided credit or debit card details to secure payment.

We will contact you for payment details.

In the event of cancellation by you, as a guest, 3 Pen Cei  will confirm receipt of notice of cancellation and confirm any charges that may be applicable.

What we expect from you.


Should a guest need to cancel or change a confirmed booking  for any reason the following cancellation conditions will apply:

Once a reservation is made, any changes, such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or rooms, are deemed cancellation and the standard cancellation conditions shall apply.

Bookings of up to two bedrooms: 2 days notice of cancellation required (48 hours from 3pm on arrival day). The night's stay will be debited should the rooms not be resold.

Bookings of 3 or more bedrooms: 7 days (168 hours) notice of cancellation required before 3pm on due arrival day. The night's stay for the room will be debited for those rooms not resold.

For bookings of 2 consecutive nights: We require a full 2 days (48 hours) notice before the day of arrival (from the 3pm check-in time). The first night's stay will be debited should the room not be resold.

For bookings of between 3 -5 consecutive nights We require a 7 full days (168 hours from the 3pm check-in time). The first two night's stay will be debited should the room not be resold.

For any bookings that fall outside any of the above parameters 3 Pen Cei reserves the right to set different terms of cancellation at the time of booking.

Guests  failing to arrive within 24 hours of the first day of their visit having omitted to inform  3 Pen Cei of their delay shall be deemed  to have cancelled their booking and the standard cancellation charges shall apply.

Guests are recommended to take out travel insurance for long duration stays.


Cancellations by the customer must be made by phone and in writing. The date from which the cancellation applies will be the day the cancellation notice is received by 3 Pen Cei.


Prices quoted are for the basic number of guests stated (2 guests for all accommodation). Single occupancy rates are available please contact us on 01545571147.


You are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm. Earlier and later arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement. If arriving early without prior arrangement you are welcome to leave luggage and to book in, however,  we cannot guarantee that the room(s) will be available before 3pm or that anyone will be available to book you in.


Departure time is 11.00 am.

We ask that all accommodation is left clean and tidy on departure and for any breakages or damage to be brought to our attention.

Cancellation / curtailment

Should you need to cancel your stay 3 Pen Cei will try to re-let the accommodation and if successful a charge will not be made. If 3 Pen Cei are unable to re-let you will be liable for payment subject to the terms of the above cancellation policy.

If you curtail your stay (leave early) having not paid in full, then the full amount will be due unless we are able to re-let the remaining nights of your booking.


With the exception of special service dogs (i.e. guide dogs) 3 Pen Cei has  a policy of excluding dogs from the property.

No other pets are allowed.


Smoking is not tolerated in the accommodation under any circumstances and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises without refund if this rule is broken.
